• Modified pause command to show "pause" on the LCD display
• Modified Hold command to show an arrow on the left of the frequency while holding
• Added preferences option to disable keypad while running. Read the last paragraph here for more information.
• While running a program, when the remaining time cannot be estimated, the elapsed time is displayed instead. In general, the remaining time cannot be estimated if: the program contains repeat or goto commands or the  minimum dwell encountered so far is  less than 20ms.
