F100 changes since last release

• Added goto line menu item to allow the edit cursor to be moved to a specific line number in the program
• Added line highlight when the program is running. For this feature to work, you need to click in the program window when the program is running.

Firmware changes since last release

• Added more USB noise immunity to prevent a rare bug that happened only when operating the generator standalone. Because of this change, firmware 1.0.21c MUST be used only with PC software F100 3.0.21c or later.
